Incubation Executive:

  • Perform any duties and responsibilities assigned by the Chief Executive Officer, Incubation Coordinator and Nodal Officer from time to time. 
  • Manage Human Resource and Recruitment Activities of the Company
  • Manage Procurement Activities of the Company
  • Submission of Monthly and Annual progress reports to the Director of EDII and Dean, Faculty of  Engineering & Technology, Annamalai University
  • Assisting the CEO in the preparation of brochures, leaflets and exhibit marketing and promotional materials, website,  and online and offline marketing tools. 
  • Assisting the CEO in organizing training programs and workshops
  • Assisting CEO in Fundraising for Incubates and Incubator
  • Assisting the CEO in all the networking activities of the incubator
  • Assisting the CEO in all the Marketing and Promotional activities of the incubator
  • Assisting the CEO in the Technology Transfer Initiative of the incubator
  • Assisting the CEO in the IPR activities of the incubator
  • Facilitating Incubates for Udyog Aadhar Registration, Startup India Registration and other Portal Registration

Marketing Executive:

  • Interact with Pre Incubation Facilitation Center to clearly understand their requirements and provide appropriate services.
  • Maintain frequent communication and follow-up with Facilitation Center Coordinators.
  • Build positive and long-term client relationships for business growth.
  • Prepare blueprint for business presentations and draft reports for clients.
  • Organizing regular meetings and handling Facilitation Center Coordinator’s communications.
  • Analyze and resolve client concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide excellent client support and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Escalate and discuss complex client issues with the CEO for resolutions.
  • Interact with Facilitation Center to execute ongoing and ad-hoc projects.
  • Organize skill development training for AIRF EDII.
  • Follow company standards and ensure high quality and productivity.
